SocioRating determines the vitality of an organization – it examines, measures, evaluates and analyses the impacts of the social aspects of a company outwards (on the company) and inwards (on the organization). Our methodology is based on 30 years of detailed research in which we have found that the main element companies need to work on is building trust, innovation and identification with the company. We measure 5 core indices that have the greatest impact on the vitality and long-term prosperity of an organization.
Who will appreciate SocioRating?
The SocioRating and SocioDiagnostics tool will be appreciated in the work of individual counsellors and consulting companies. We will introduce you to the tool and its use. You do not pay us any initial training or license to use the tool. We handle everything on a commission basis.

We will introduce you to the tool and its use. You do not pay us any introductory training or licenses to use the tool. Each of our partners gains access to our system and manages own clients’ accounts.

SocioRating measures vitality quickly, qualitatively and inexpensively. This is thanks to a standardized methodology that we have been developing for 30 years and has now been brought online. You will get a valuable, data-based basis for your consulting practice.
• Access to the SocioRating platform
We use the online tool SocioScanner developed by us. All evaluated organizations undergo the same process, which is based on an electronic survey. All employees in the organization are contacted. This allows the objective comparison of market results and the monitoring of the measured areas over the long-term. In addition to an individual measurement of the quality of the social environment, your clients also receive an objective comparison with other companies on the market.
• Marketing tools
We will provide you with presentations for your clients that explain what SocioRating is and what it will do for your company. We will then provide your clients who pass the rating with a certificate and branding for their website, social media or annual report. In short, these are tools to help communicate their results to investors, employees or job seekers and help develop their employer branding.
